My guess is it would be >$399 and when it comes to these creator building sets (the modular buildings) I don’t see them selling any that costs more than $350-$399 based on current current rates. This of course may change some next year with inflation. It wasn’t until the Biden inflation scheme of 2021 that the US Dollar value started dropping much more quickly and so inflation jumped. If we stay on the current pay then I could see $400-$450 being the new max for these modula sets come this time next year.

For comparison, since the first Lego Minifig set came out the cost of a single mini-fig at Walmart has increased from $2.99 (US) to $4.99. That’s almost a doubling in teh price within 10 years. Lego sets did not double in price between 2000 and 2010.
